Welcome to Villa “Just Be Alive” – our new-build villa in Kaštel Stari, right between the UNESCO towns of Split and Trogir.

We planned and furnished the villa ourselves – thinking of the things we often miss on holiday: really good beds, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and enough space so 10 guests don’t step on each other’s toes. Across 327 sqm you’ll find 5 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens directly onto the pool – indoor and outdoor living flow into each other. Warm tones, quality furniture and an 85-inch Smart TV with a huge sofa for cozy movie nights.

Željko, our local host, speaks English and Croatian and is available daily from 06:00 to 24:00 – we usually reply within 15 minutes. With over 10 years of hosting experience, we make sure your stay simply works.

Good to know: pets are welcome, baby equipment is available. Not a party villa – quiet hours apply from 10 pm.
